A few things to know before booking...

Deposit Information

Deposit is to be paid by Renter at the time of booking to reserve your date(s) and venue(s). After the deposit has been paid, monthly payments will be scheduled. **Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Special discounts are also non-transferable.

Changing of a Date

When making changes in a date your deposit is forfeited each time & a new deposit will be required to arrange a new date. This does not apply when "adding" additional venues only monthly payments will change.

Venue Rules

Please return any items used belonging to LaPatinoire Venues to the designated area -- No smoking or vaping inside the building. -- Use the designated smoking areas in the back courtyards. -- Weapons and any unlawful activities are not allowed on the premises.

How many guests can I have?

Each venue has a set guest limit

Chapel : 160
Grand Venue : up to 400
Bridal Suite : up to 45 – 50
Man Cave : up to 75
Petite Venue : up to 75

What is the process for securing the venue and date and is there a deposit?

A deposit will be required to secure your venue(s) and your date. The remaining balance is to be taken care of with monthly payments.

Do I hire my own vendors?

Yes, for your event at this time, you will need to arrange for your own vendors & coordinator.

Is there a space for a wedding party to get ready?

Yes, both the Bridal Suite and Man Cave are available for rent as preparation spaces for the wedding party. Please note that there will be an additional cost associated with renting these rooms.

When will rehearsal be?

Rehearsal is usually 1 to 2 days before depending on availability of the venue.

Is there parking available on site?

Yes, onsite parking is available with about 150 parking spaces.

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes!

Are there nearby accommodations or hotels?

Yes, there are nearby hotels that would be a great stay for you or your guest!
